1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Salesium.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Provided

Salesium.ai offers a software-as-a-service AI receptionist called "Sophia" that handles inbound phone calls, answers FAQs, qualifies leads, books appointments, and provides notifications.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and call instructions

• Not use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  
  

4. Subscription & Payments

• Plans are billed monthly or annually.

• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.

• Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

• No refunds are provided once a billing cycle begins.

  
  

5. Free Trial

You may be offered a free trial. After the trial, billing begins automatically unless cancelled.

6. Call Handling and AI Limitations

While Sophia uses advanced AI, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in speech recognition or lead qualification. You acknowledge the AI may misinterpret information in rare cases.

7. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and documentation are owned by Salesium.ai. You may not copy or modify.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these terms

• Abuse of the system

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salesium.ai is not liable for:

• Lost profits

• Missed leads due to miscommunication

• Damages resulting from service interruption

  
  

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salesium.ai from any claims arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates
